Douglas Raetz - Managing Director

Doug is a Managing Director and the Chief Investment Officer of True Capital Management.   With over ten years of experience in the financial services industry,  Doug has established himself as a well respected advisor.  Prior to founding True Capital Management, Doug was a Vice President at Smith Barney in San Francisco, California where he specialized in investment strategy and portfolio management.  Before that, Doug was an investment associate with Prudential Securities where he assisted in the development and creation of strategic investment portfolios.

Doug prides himself on the quality of service and level of attention he provides to his clients. His ability to create and maintain a level of trust with his clients is unparalled in the industry. 

Doug grew up in New York and graduated from Boston College with degrees in Finance and Strategic Analysis. 

Heather Goodman - Managing Director

Heather is a Managing Director and the Chief Compliance Officer of True Capital Management.   Heather has over twelve years of financial service experience and has established herself as a trusted and respected advisor.  Prior to founding True Capital Management, Heather was a Financial Planning Specialist at Smith Barney in San Francisco, California where she specialized in creating strategic financial plans for her clients.  Before joining Smith Barney, Heather was a Senior Manager of Business Development at NBC Internet, where she created and negotiated strategic partnerships.  Heather began her career as a CPA at Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco.

Heather strives to optimize the best financial situations for her clients and to consistently monitor her client’s portfolios.  Her dedication to her clients needs is second to none.

Brittanie Budinger - Client Relations Associate

Brittanie is a client relations associate for True Capital Management.  With her background as a professional volleyball player and her experience as a competitive athlete she brings a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to our Team.  Brittanie has spent the last few years competing in Europe and has been able to utilize her bilingual language skills to build relationships with future partners.  Her ability to connect with people and create trusting relationships has been invaluable. 

Brittanie grew up in San Diego and graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelors degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing.

Jacob Bond - Business Development Associate

Jake is a business development associate for True Capital Management.   He began his career as an intern at Smith Barney in San Francisco while attending the University of San Francisco where he played baseball.  Jake then built a business focusing on financial planning for high net worth individuals at Mass Mutual.  Jake has become very proficient in determining the insurance and investment needs of his clients.  He continues to foster new relationships and grow his business at True Capital Management.
